We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support the end-to-end recruiting process and ensure a seamless experience for candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. This role plays a key part in scheduling, communication, and operational logistics, and works collaboratively with the broader recruiting team. The Recruiting Coordinator will be in office minimum of four days a week.
Specific duties will include :
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and interview teams across multiple departments and locations
- Coordinate the interview process for select positions, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout
- Create and maintain job postings across internal and external platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Handshake, job boards)
- Track candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Support and participate in campus recruiting events, job fairs, and banquets—including occasional overnight or offsite travel as needed
- Conduct phone screening for candidates
- Coordinate intern onboarding and scheduling throughout the duration of the internship program, and support additional intern-related tasks as needed by recruitment or leadership
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to support requisition management and candidate pipeline tracking
- Support the HR team during pre-employment process (e.g., background checks, reference checks)
- Assist with onboarding coordination and Day 1 logistics for new hires as needed
- Help support and promote our employer brand through social media, events, volunteering, fun events, and candidate touchpoints
- Administer employee benefits by enrolling and unenrolling staff in benefit programs, reconcile benefit statements, maintain personnel files, and conducting firm-wide HR-related surveys
- Update HR dashboards and compile ad hoc HR reports
- Perform other duties as assigned
The successful candidate will have :
Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience1-2 years minimum experience of recruiting coordinator or HR support1-2 years experience within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); experience with ADP is preferredStrong organizational and time management skills; able to handle multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesA self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while creating a welcoming and inclusive candidate experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePointDemonstrated experience in managing multiple tasks and in organizing and prioritizing work assignments and ongoing dutiesAbility to communicate effectively and timely in writing and verbally with colleagues, clients, and other external partnersAbility to work effectively in a diverse team environmentPreferred Qualifications :
Experience in campus engagements, diversity recruitment strategies, and internship programs
