Service Advisor

A company is looking for a Service Advisor to support strategic accounts and manage fleet repairs. Key Responsibilities Receive and organize estimate requests from technicians and clients Manage communication with technicians and Fleet Managers to build accurate quotes Schedule services based on part availability and manage work order status communications Required Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of automotive / technical experience Prior technician / mechanic experience is preferred Familiarity with key vehicle parts Dealership service advisor experience preferred Strong computer skills and ability to interact in fleet systems
