Many agents close 2-3 deals per month within their first 90 days, driven by our high-converting leads and top-tier support.

We set you up for success from the start. Our onboarding process prepares you with advanced strategies in lead conversion, contract mastery, and expert consultations. Within your first five days, you’ll gain the tools you need to start closing deals fast.

What we’re looking for in our agents :

Active real estate license (required)
Full-time availability and a commitment to growth
Passion for helping clients buy and sell homes
Experience drafting purchase and listing agreements
Strong skills in property evaluations and pricing strategies
Responsiveness and availability for client needs
Dedication to keeping CRM systems updated, including Zillow integrations

48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year

Benefits : Flexible schedule
