The Software Implementation Specialist is responsible for configuring, implementing, and optimizing software solutions, with a primary focus on HubSpot and Blaze (our in-house custom CRM). This role serves as the technical bridge between business stakeholders and software platforms, ensuring successful deployment and adoption of business systems. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to understand business requirements, configure systems accordingly, and provide ongoing support and optimization recommendations.

REQUIRED : KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

System Configuration & Implementation :

  • Configure and customize HubSpot and Blaze (in-house CRM) based on business requirements
  • Execute software implementations from planning through go-live
  • Set up workflows, automation, integrations, and custom fields
  • Perform system testing and quality assurance before deployment
  • Document configuration changes and system specifications

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering :

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and processes
  • Translate business requirements into technical system configurations
  • Analyze current business processes and recommend system improvements
  • Create functional specifications and process documentation
  • Integration Management :

  • Configure and maintain integrations between HubSpot, Blaze, and other business systems e.g. lead management systems, lead generation partners, inbound and outbound telephony platforms, text messaging systems, business intelligence, etc.
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and data sync problems
  • Work with development teams to ensure seamless data flow between platforms
  • Monitor integration performance and implement optimizations
  • User Support & Training :

  • Provide technical support for system users and troubleshoot issues
  • Create user guides, documentation, and training materials
  • Conduct system training sessions for end users
  • Serve as subject matter expert for implemented systems
  • Data Management :

  • Ensure data integrity across all implemented systems
  • Perform data imports, exports, and migrations as needed
  • Continuous Improvement :

  • Monitor system performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Stay current with platform updates and new features
  • Recommend process improvements and system enhancements
  • Participate in vendor relationships and system evaluations
  • Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • Experience

  • 2-4 years of experience in CRM implementation, configuration, and administration
  • Experience with software integration, business analysis, or CRM administration
  • Experience with enterprise-level CRM (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Nimble, etc.) and their respective product suites e.g. HubSpot's Operations Hub, Service Hub, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Experience with design, architecture, and planning of new CRM implementations
  • Experience with custom CRM systems and in-house software integration beneficial
  • Experience with marketing automation, sales enablement, and business systems
  • Knowledge of integration tools, APIs, and middleware platforms (Zapier, PieSync, custom integrations)
  • Experience with data migration and system consolidation projects preferred
  • Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Proficiency in HubSpot reporting, analytics, and dashboard creation
  • Understanding of business processes and workflow optimization
  • Basic knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs) preferred
  • Project coordination and time management skills with ability to manage multiple integrations simultaneously
  • Certifications (REQUIRED)

  • Prior to starting employment, HubSpot Software Certifications (minimum 2 required, additional certifications preferred) :
  • HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
  • HubSpot Sales Software Certification
  • HubSpot Service Software Certification
  • HubSpot CMS for Developers Certification
  • HubSpot Operations Hub Software Certification
  • Additional certifications in Salesforce, Marketo, or other CRM / marketing platforms beneficial
  • Hours : Weekdays 9am-5pm CST or 40 hours weekly and additional as needed
  • Location : to be performed at Reimagine office in Phoenix
  • Travel : No travel to jobsites or other locations required

    Base Salary - $65,000 - $78,000
