Seller Lifecycle Management Business Analyst
The Seller Lifecycle Management (SLM) team within Selling Partner Identity Verification (SPIV) focuses on knowing who we're doing business with at every stage of the selling lifecycle, from registering to sell in Amazon's store through any significant changes that impact selling accounts. Within SLM, the FIRE and BAP teams work to investigate and identify new bad actor trends, getting ahead of them before customer impact. A Business Analyst on the FIRE / BAP team utilizes data analysis and business expertise to determine the efficacy of the FIRE and BAP teams' initiatives, ultimately helping leadership to make strategic decisions about which risk signals and actions are most impactful to minimizing abuse and preventing customer impact.
