A company is looking for a Client Analyst I to support consumers using benefits software and services. Key Responsibilities : Process various types of Qualified Medical Child Support Orders (QMCSO) with accuracy and efficiency Prioritize and complete daily workload assignments to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Track, prioritize, and resolve client inquiries and process issues while communicating compliance updates Required Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both repetitive and complex processing Ability to adapt to change and adjust priorities with minimal notice Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Adobe Basic math skills for calculating affordability
