Job Description Overview :
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and support the overall business objectives of ASUS NUC.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and drive execution of a clear marketing strategy, aligning the product positioning and goals with global marketing as well as regional marketing teams
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels, building and maintaining relationships with media and key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with media and stakeholders and oversee branding and
- promotional activities
- Develop programs to attract and retain customers and gather feedback to improve marketing deliverables to our key partners
- Collaborate with all other Business Units to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across Asus
- Responsible for recruiting, developing, and mentoring managers and senior individual contributors

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field8+ years of marketing experience with several years in a senior leadership roleKeen understanding of PC category sales channels and market dynamicsPreferred Qualifications :
Masters’s degree in engineering, technology, or business10+ years of experience in progressive business strategy and product / category management10+ years managing high-performing teams in a fast-paced environmentProven experience in driving product line to market leading position in the PC industryWorking Conditions :
Office Only : Typically works in an office environmentRequires sitting, operating a computer keyboard, telephone and other office equipment for extended periods of timeTravel : 30% travel as needed for Customer, Partner and Industry collaboration175k Min Base - $250k Max Base annually is the estimated pay range for this role working in Fremont, California office. The final amount will be determined based on the qualifications & experience of the candidate relative to the role.
