We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with dental practices. You will leverage your knowledge of the dental industry and our innovative marketing solutions to meet client needs and exceed sales targets. The ideal candidate is passionate about sales, has a keen understanding of digital marketing, and is eager to contribute to the growth of our clients' practices.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and provide tailored marketing solutions to dental practices.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services effectively to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the dental or healthcare industry.
  • Experience as a treatment coordinator in a dental office is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
