A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager - Public Sector. Key Responsibilities Provide expert guidance on deployment and operational best practices, serving as the primary liaison for technical questions Develop trusted advisor relationships with customer stakeholders to increase adoption and ensure satisfaction Identify and address technical issues, collaborating with Engineering and Support teams for quick resolution Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in the Public Sector supporting Public Cloud workloads Familiarity with Public Sector compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, StateRAMP, and NIST 3+ years in technical customer-facing roles, such as Technical Account Manager or Customer Success Engineer Strong understanding of cloud services, architectures, and security best practices; CSP level certifications preferred B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience
