A company is looking for an Employee Relations Consultant to ensure positive and fair employee relations. Key Responsibilities Conduct workplace investigations into allegations of policy violations and workplace conflicts Coach and advise leaders on interpreting policies and procedures related to management practices Lead projects related to employee relations issues and implement HR strategies around performance management Required Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business, human resources, or related field; Master's preferred 6-8 years of experience in employee relations or relevant HR and management roles Demonstrated experience in project management Professional certification in employment law and / or a certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators preferred Hands-on experience in developing and executing project plans
