Operations Engineer

A company is looking for an Operations Engineer II to manage and perform proactive maintenance on network elements for voice, video, and data networks. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute proactive maintenance tasks on network elements Develop and implement plans for capacity augmentation as necessary Perform engineering and applied research to design and evaluate new projects Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience Relevant telecommunications experience, particularly with HSI, data, and IPTV network elements Strong project management skills Proficiency in troubleshooting network issues Solid understanding of Ethernet switches, routers, and their connectivity
