What you'll be doing
- Acts as a trusted training resource by ensuring training materials, procedure plans and / or programs reflect business needs and support organizational readiness
- Develops, implements and evaluates more complex training plans and programs to meet departmental training objectives.
- Develops more complex training materials, procedures, manuals and / or visual aids to meet objectives of assigned area(s)
- Develops and conducts more complex training needs assessments and determines training requirements for new program development.
- Conducts training and ongoing training evaluations to ensure effectiveness of programs and recommends more complex training modifications as necessary
- Proactively collaborates and communicates with internal / external stakeholders to address training gaps to support organizational performance
- May serve as a mentor and share knowledge with junior and peer team members
- Manages, conducts and / or participates in training projects
What we’re looking for
Must-have :
3+ years’ experience in training and / or retirement operations / account management / implementation of plans4 Year / Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)Ability to maneuver through multiple systems / databases / platforms / software.Proven ability to be adaptable / flexible as business needs changeHighly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Presentation or public speaking skillsAbility to communicate training needs using various communication methods such as storyboards to support e-learning, traditional classroom, virtual classroom, conference calls, etc.Nice-to have :
Retirement plan operations experienceAbility to evaluate information and the implications of a course of action or solutionExcellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detailAbility to assess risk and make proper determinations while keeping the best interest of the business in mindInstructional design education or experienceApplication Deadline

The pay range for this position is $69,000 - $124,600 with anticipated pay for new hires between the minimum and midpoint of the range and could vary above and below the listed range as permitted by applicable law. Pay is based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
