Position Overview :

Better Me is hiring an Assistant Center Director to support the launch and daily operations of a new learning center. This role is ideal for someone who is responsible, strong in math and English, great with communication, and excited to grow in the education field.

Responsibilities :

• Support center setup and opening
• Assist with daily operations and staff coordination
• Communicate regularly with parents and students
• Participate in local marketing and outreach events
• Help with enrollment, assessments, and scheduling
