Trident Consulting is seeking a "Senior Java Developer" for one of our client in - Richmond, VA . A global leader in business and technology services.

Job Title : Senior Java Developer

Location : Richmond, VA

Job Type : Contract

Required Skills :

years of experience in Java / JEE, Spring Boot, and microservices development.
Strong front-end development skills with Angular, React, , and
Proficiency in SQL, database design, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities :

Design and develop microservices and SOAP / RESTful web services using Java, Spring Boot, and integration patterns.

Build responsive and scalable UI components using Angular, React, and , following modern front-end best practices.

Develop hybrid and web applications using TypeScript, CSS / SCSS, and HTML, ensuring high performance and usability.

Consume and integrate with REST / GraphQL APIs and third-party services.

Architect and implement cloud-native solutions using AWS services including Lambda, ECS, S, API Gateway, RDS, Redshift, DynamoDB, and CloudFormation.

Use Terraform for infrastructure as code and manage deployments on Kubernetes / OpenShift using Docker containers.

Write optimized SQL queries and manage relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and Oracle.

Contribute to architecture guidelines, design patterns, and technical standards across the digital and marketing technology domains.

Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing to ensure application reliability.

Collaborate with customer business groups to understand requirements and deliver innovative solutions with excellent user experience.

Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies and manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects with minimal supervision.

Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across the stack.
