A company is looking for a Sr. Manager HEDIS. Key Responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert to operational and leadership teams Oversee the HEDIS project for quality and timeliness, including vendor oversight Analyze report data trends and develop action plans to improve care gap performance Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience 3+ years of experience with HEDIS Project management experience with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment Intermediate knowledge of NCQA HEDIS regulations and CMS quality metric regulations
