Snelling is recruiting a HVC Clerk for a housing company in the Birmingham area! Pay starting at $15 / hr. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate record-keeping, compliance, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize program documentation and files.
  • Accurately enter and update participant information in the system.
  • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and communications.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the HCV team.
  • Ensure compliance with program policies and guidelines.
  • Deliver excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Clerical or administrative experience, preferably in housing, nonprofit, or government programs.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills (Microsoft Office, databases).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
