Rooftop Solutions is a growing manufacturer and service provider based in Naperville, IL. We design and install the Grease Guard® Rooftop Defense System®, a patented, UL Listed solution that protects commercial properties from rooftop grease damage, fire hazards, and costly EPA / OSHA violations.

What We Do

Our flagship product, the Grease Guard® Rooftop Defense System®, helps clients maintain safety, stay compliant, and extend the life of their rooftop assets. We serve :

  • Industrial Facilities & Food Processors
  • Contractors, Engineers, and Facility Teams

About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) to help drive growth by generating and qualifying leads, building relationships, and supporting our sales pipeline. Each BDR is aligned with a specific division (Property, Industrial, Restaurant, or Contractor) and plays a key role in identifying opportunities and closing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively contact assigned prospects by phone, email, and
  • Qualify leads and uncover customer needs through consultative conversation
  • Maintain accurate records and progress in HubSpot CRM
  • Respond to inbound inquiries and support existing clients through order completion
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to meet growth targets
  • Tools You’ll Use

  • CRM : HubSpot
  • Data & Prospecting : ZoomInfo, Google Search
  • Communication : Microsoft Outlook, , Phone
  • Documentation & Tracking : Microsoft Word, Excel
  • Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly Pay : $17.50 – $20.00 / hour (based on experience)
