About the Role
The Project Coordinator (PC) will provide essential project management support for construction and real estate projects to support Fairfields Construction Management team. This role involves coordinating various aspects of project documentation, bidding processes, contract management, and permit applications. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Project Manager and other departments to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.
This position will be fully remote, but candidate should reside within one of the following metro markets where we have established presence : San Diego, CA, Dallas / Fort Worth, TX, Washington D.C Metro, Atlanta, GA, Houston, TX, Boston, MA, Nashville, TN, Los Angeles, CA, Denver, CO, Austin, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, San Francisco Bay Area, CA, Seattle, WA, Miami / Ft. Lauderdale, FL.

Education and Certifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience
2+ years of general office experience required2+ years of construction and / or real estate industry experience requiredExperience with contractor insurance preferredEstimating experience is a plusBasic accounting knowledge is preferredSkills and Competencies

The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity
Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any).
