Summary

Eversight’s Vice President, Business Development, is responsible for leading the domestic partner relations strategy, including increasing market share, marketing new service lines, procedures, products, and services, and driving new business opportunities. The position also serves as a project manager for key organizational initiatives, including strategic planning.

Essential Job Functions

  • Provides organizational leadership for domestic sales operations including financial and administrative management and Board relations.
  • In conjunction with Eversight leadership, staff and the Board of Directors, creates and implements strategic plans, operating objectives and tactics.
  • Seeks out and develops new business opportunities to expand domestic tissue placements, including cultivation of new clients and expanding services to existing clients.
  • Builds, maintains, develops and expands relationships with partners, constituents and professional organizations worldwide
  • Collaborates and shares market intelligence with operations, marketing and innovations leaders to drive service line development that ensures competitive advantage.
  • Leads team effectively by demonstrating Eversight’s Frontline and Strategic Leadership Competencies, and performs leadership activities of performance management and coaching, training and development, expectation and priority setting, workflow management, hiring and retention, and corrective action.
  • Demonstrates a commitment to the Mission and Values of Eversight.

Qualifications

Education : Undergraduate studies in related field preferred.

Experience : 7+ years of related experience including experience leading teams. Experience in healthcare field is required. Experience with high-level customer contacts is required.

Skills : Ability to lead and motivate a team. Ability to develop strong client relationships. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently define priorities based on organizational goals and objectives. Must possess excelled written and oral communication skills. Ability to analyze data to determine actions and achieve expected outcomes.

Knowledge : Comprehension of medical terminology. Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and HubSpot or other CRM systems. Proficient with technology. Must possess a valid driver’s license.

  • Work Environment & Physical Demands

    Work is performed in a normal office environment with frequent short and long-distance travel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to sit for long periods of time. Will occasionally be required to lift objects up to 50 pounds. Routine use of computer, cell phone and fax. Limited noise, room temperature fluctuation and dust are possible. Use of personal vehicle is required when traveling within the service area.
