job_description.job_card.job_descriptionBachelor’s degree required 3-5 years of conference organization experience, specifically in international events and conference programming (not venue logistics) Experience producing conference programs or editorial content for financial markets preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Knowledge of financial services, particularly fixed income, a plus Strong planning, organizational, and decision-making skills in fast-paced environments Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and event software (Slido, Bizzabo) a plus Candidates must have a proven track record of producing conference programming for comparable events, demonstrating a strong understanding of the content and educators involved. They should be able to provide clear examples of events where they have contributed program content. Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and industry advisors Experience conducting industry research and identifying emerging trends Familiarity with budgeting and P&L management for events Skilled in speaker recruitment and training Strong collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
