Job Title : Sr. Process Engineer

Location : Minneapolis, MN 55432 (Onsite)

Duration : 9 Months Contract

Pay Rate : $55 - $60 / hr (W2)

Start Date : Early September

Top Skills Required :

Injection molding & process troubleshooting

Mold tooling / fixture design

Equipment IQ protocol writing & execution

Experience : 4+ years (or 2+ years with advanced degree)

Industry : Medical Device (preferred, any device background acceptable)

Role Overview :

Support implantable lead manufacturing by developing, executing, and troubleshooting injection molding processes. Document technical insights, lead tooling / process improvement, and ensure equipment qualifications are completed to spec.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop & refine molding / coil winding processes

Troubleshoot tooling and execute studies

Author / execute IQ protocols

Drive root cause analysis and process optimization

Support early-stage prototyping and feasibility

Must-Have Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

Strong mechanical aptitude and manufacturing passion

Solid communication and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-Have :

Experience in medical devices / pharma

Moldflow / CAD knowledge

Familiar with DOE, Minitab, validation
