5 years construction experience a must. Clean drivers license. Ability to multitask. Handle multiple jobs. Manage job sites for residential or commercial. Manage budgets for each project, supplies and labor. Oversee subcontractors and vendors to insure quality standards are met for each job. Must be drug free. Computer knowledgeable.
