A company is looking for a Home Health Coder. Key Responsibilities Review OASIS assessments and clinician documentation to assign appropriate ICD-10-CM codes Ensure coding aligns with CMS guidelines and supports the patient's plan of care Monitor coding edits and resolve coding-related rejections or denials in collaboration with staff Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Active credential from AAPC or AHIMA Minimum of 2 years of ICD-10-CM coding experience in home health or post-acute care settings Strong understanding of OASIS documentation and CMS home health regulations Familiarity with coding software tools and EHR systems
