Civil Estimator

A company is looking for a Civil Estimator to create and manage budgets, review plans, and negotiate with contractors and vendors. Key Responsibilities Develop a standardized estimate cost reporting framework for evaluating construction pricing submissions Review and validate project scope against a demarcation matrix, highlighting deviations and cost impacts Provide analysis of construction costs using market intelligence and document assumptions from estimates Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent Minimum of 5 years of cost management or estimating experience for civil projects Experience with complex commercial projects such as laboratories and medical facilities is preferred Proficient in CostX and Google Suite, with strong capabilities in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel Knowledge of relevant construction technologies and trends, particularly in sustainability
