Job Description

We are seeking a versatile Float Pool Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role involves providing support across various pods, with a primary focus on the breast pod. The ideal candidate will have triage experience, and an oncology background is a plus. The ability to work independently and handle challenging situations with resilience is essential.

• Provide Triage and Patient Care : Deliver triage support and patient care across multiple pods, including breast, GYN, neuro, and others, ensuring timely and effective patient assessment and care.
• Float to Different Pods : Move between different pods as needed to fill in gaps and ensure comprehensive patient care across various specialties.
• Work Independently : Manage your workload and make decisions autonomously, demonstrating resilience in challenging situations.
• Collaborate with the Healthcare Team : Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care.
