Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with an aerospace background. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with specialty metals, setting up machines, and thriving in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, and (if possible) program CNC lathes
Work daily with aerospace-grade materials including Titanium, Inconel, and other specialty metals
Produce high-quality parts in a fast-paced environment with overtime opportunities
Collaborate with programmers and machinists to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

Qualifications
Required : Aerospace machining background
Strong experience with CNC lathe set-up (programming experience highly preferred)
Ability to work with tight tolerances and specialty metals
Fast-paced shop floor experience
Medical or high-volume production backgrounds are not a fit
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary : $45,000 – $75,000 (commensurate with experience)
