About the Role : Behavior Companion (Adult day Program)
Provides a stimulating, safe and healthy learning environment as a one-to-one companion for a particular participant.Implements treatment plans as prescribed by Behavior AnalysisMonitors program implementation and provides feedback related to implementation proficiencies.Models program implementation, when appropriate, for other direct support staffCollects data and monitors data collection for accuracy.Partners with the behavior analyst and provides feedback regarding client performance.Acts as lead staff during behavioral interventions.Perks & Benefits :

High School Diploma and some college coursework.Must complete a successful Level II background check, physical and drug screen.Must complete Professional Crisis Management Training (provided).Must be at least 18 years of age.Prior experience providing support to individuals with developmental disabilities required.ABA 20 hour certification preferred, Required within first 3 months of employmentRegistered Behavior Technician preferred.Keywords : Developmental Disabilities, Adult Day Program, Behavior Analysis, Psychology
