Inside Sales Representative – Welded Embeds

CF Metals is growing—and we’re looking for a driven Inside Sales Representative with a proven book of business to join our team. We specialize in the fabrication and sales of welded embeds for the precast concrete industry and other welding-focused sectors. If you’re a sales pro who understands the value of consistent outreach and already knows the welded embed space, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do :

  • Leverage your existing book of business to drive immediate sales.
  • Make 25+ cold calls per day until your pipeline is fully established.
  • Sell and promote welded embeds to precasters and other relevant industries requiring welding services.
  • Build relationships with purchasing managers, estimators, and project managers.
  • Work closely with production and estimating teams to ensure accurate quoting and delivery timelines.
  • Follow up on leads, quotes, and customer inquiries quickly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Proven experience in inside sales , preferably in the construction, fabrication, or steel / welding industry.
  • An active book of business in welded embeds or related markets.
  • Strong knowledge of precast concrete and welding-related clients .
  • Relentless drive to grow accounts and land new ones—especially via cold calling.
  • Excellent phone communication and follow-up skills.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the discipline to make daily outreach a top priority.
