Lead Database Marketing Analyst

The Lead Database Marketing Analyst is responsible for the successful execution of Marketing Campaigns, including but not limited to : campaign build, list generation, program build, execution, and reporting. Ensures the integrity of the Live! player tracking databases. Is an expert at analyzing trends and KPIs in customer behaviors and spend throughout the property to make recommendations on sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
Where You'll Make an Impact :
- Reports directly to Manager of Loyalty Marketing
- Gather criteria, build, and modify all Marketing Campaigns in Campaign Management Tool.
- Responsible for building programs in other supporting Marketing tools. As well as, program execution, list generations, troubleshooting, data validation, etc.
- Assists in gathering data used for analysis of Direct Mail Programs, Events, Promotions, Entertainment and any other Marketing functions that are designed to increase revenue and loyalty.
- Evaluate marketing programs to help grow brand loyalty through customer lifecycle.
- Assess campaign development and refinement to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Create Program Proformas to determine viability and projected profitability of all Marketing campaigns.
- Make recommendations to campaign audiences with data driven assessments
- Responsible to ensure guests have an enjoyable gaming experience maintaining an accurate player tracking system. Ensures integrity of the data held within the player tracking system(s).
- Develops strong accountable working relationship with casino hosts, player club team, and other cross-functional areas to ensure accurate reporting and maintenance of player's activity.
- Assist with other major Marketing programs.
- Respond to guest inquiries through multiple inbound channels in timely fashion.

Skills to Help You Succeed :
Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in customer information, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.Solid understanding of databases and data structure.Ability to read and write SQLStrong Excel Skills RequiredKnowledge of hospitality, casino operations, marketing, and analysis.Strong strategic thinking and planning skills including the ability to anticipate trends, situations, or changing market conditions.Utilization of data analytics, accounting, finance, and valuation concepts.Experience with Direct Mail specifications print production & postal regulations.Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.Ability to solve complex problems.Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.Ability to maintain mental concentration for significant periods of time.Broad variety of tasks and deadlines requires an irregular work schedule.Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.Team player and always willing to assist and take on extra duties as assigned.Must be a legal permanent resident of United States.Always maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude always.Have complete knowledge of all Marketing and property wide activities.Must be able to obtain and maintain Gaming License as mandated by the Maryland Lottery & Gaming Control Agency and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.Qualifications
Must-Haves :
