A company is looking for a Solution Architect - Service Cloud Voice / Amazon Connect. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions Lead business and technology analysis while providing CRM domain expertise Oversee client architecture initiatives and ensure successful project delivery Required Qualifications 4-6+ years of consulting experience within the Salesforce or AWS ecosystem 2-3+ years of solution design experience with Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect Significant experience with Salesforce products, especially Service Cloud and Sales Cloud Experience interfacing with offshore partners and handling multiple engagements simultaneously Active Salesforce certifications and willingness to achieve additional certifications
