Fleet Services Administrative Support II
Fleet Services Administrative Support II will provide support to the Fleet Team and Branches with general office clerical responsibilities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintaining fleet-related documents
Vehicle registrations
PlatesTitlesInsurance CardsFuel cards.Order, reassign, and block fuel cards.
Issue and terminate driver fuel PINs.Follow up on suspicious fuel transactions.Data Entry. Accurately entering data in the fleet management system. Requires attention to detail.Toll tags.Truck BindersOther fleet-related dutiesAs a successful candidate, you possess the following attributes :
Must possess excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work in a fast-paced and diverse organization.Must be highly organized and self-driven.Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively.Ability to handle confidential information.Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.Positive attitude and the ability to work closely with team members.Experience :
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, and Teams.Data Entry of 2-5 years.General clerical and administrative experience of 2-5 years.Fleet Experience a plus.Equal Opportunity Employer.
