Responsibilities

Do you enjoy providing patients with care that enhances their quality of life as an LPN? Some duties include :

• Utilize the Medication Administration Record to administer medications and treatments to patients
• Document medication administration and manage controlled substance counts during shift
• Complete patient assessments and provide patient monitoring as indicated.
• Document in an accurate and timely manner.
• Coordinate with the treatment team
• Follow policies and procedures while providing care
