Job Summary

The Vault Inventory Specialist plays a key role in maintaining an accurate and compliant chain of custody for all cannabis inventory from seed to sale, in accordance with the State of Connecticut's Marijuana Program regulations. This role requires detailed record-keeping, data entry, batch reconciliation, regulatory compliance, and inventory reporting. It supports multiple departments, ensures proper labeling and documentation, and contributes to the accuracy and integrity of Theraplant's inventory management systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support Cure and Extract operations by checking inventory in and out daily.
  • Limit and monitor access to raw materials inventory in compliance with internal SOPs.
  • Collect data from packaging teams to reconcile nightly reports and batch records.
  • Participate in weekly and periodic inventory counts; generate supporting documentation.
  • Maintain and document manufacturing runs for item creation with accurate records.
  • Assist in order fulfillment and finished goods intake in the vault.
  • Create compliant product labels and maintain label-related documentation.
  • Monitor waste tracking and assist in compliant waste destruction according to SOPs.
  • Escort and manifest testing samples through Flourish and BioTrack; ensure accurate and compliant handling and documentation.

  • Department of Consumer Protection regulations
  • Assist with the implementation and improvement of compliance-related SOPs, systems, and reports.
  • Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of math, data, or statistics preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience using Excel, including advanced formulas.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and data entry.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs; must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and climb stairs.

  • Compensation and Benefits

    Compensation : $18.50 - $19.50
