Conference & Event Assistant
Position Overview : The Conference & Event Assistant works closely with the full time staff to execute event setups and tear downs throughout campus for internal Concordia events and external event rentals. Employees will be responsible for moving tables and chairs storage room upkeep dcor assembly and occasional linen laundering and office work. Setting up sound systems microphones and serving as event support will be periodically expected. Occasional office work may be expected in addition to duties as assigned.
