Field Service Technician
We’re looking for a skilled and dependable Field Service Technician to handle a variety of responsibilities, including the maintenance, repair, and calibration of field equipment. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver with a strong customer service mindset and a commitment to quality work.
Specifically, this position :
- Performs diagnostic analysis, repairs, and preventative maintenance on customer equipment in the field.
- Completes detailed field reports documenting time, work performed, and observations.
- Conducts system audits and evaluations on-site to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Follows all company safety protocols and participates in ongoing training programs.
