MGM Resorts International Identity And Access Management Analyst

The Identity And Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for administering and supporting MGM's identity and access functions across systems such as HRMS, Gaming, and PCI applications. Serving as a subject matter expert in identity and authentication technologies, the analyst plays a key role in executing IAM strategies, managing systems, and ensuring compliance with security audits. This role requires strong technical expertise in identity services, RBAC, PIM / PAM, MFA, SSO, and protocols like SAML, OAUTH, LDAP, and PKI, along with hands-on experience in tools such as SailPoint IIQ, BeyondTrust, Okta, Azure AD, and Active Directory. The analyst will work closely with IAM leadership, IT, and business units to implement automated provisioning solutions, enhance security, and support organizational IAM initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The Day-To-Day :
- Contribute to the development of MGM's identity management strategy to establish a robust, industry-leading IAM program
- Design, build, test, deploy, and monitor IAM systems across the organization
- Assess stakeholder requirements to deliver effective Identity And Access Management solutions
- Support the creation of processes, policies, and standards that align with security best practices and minimize organizational risk
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including Engineering, Compliance, IT, and HR
- Serve as a primary technical resource in the IAM space
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
The Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Network Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience1+ years of experience in designing, building, and deploying software solutions or working in the identity and access management domain2+ years of additional experience in IAM or software solution deploymentHands-on experience with IAM tools such as SailPoint, BeyondTrust, Ping Identity, Okta, Microsoft Azure AD, or similarFamiliarity with Public Key Infrastructure PKI and certificate-based authenticationWorking knowledge of Linux or Unix environmentsExperience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins and Ansible within a CI / CD pipelineExposure to Java or J2EE enterprise web developmentKnowledge of integrating and deploying IAM solutionsExperience with ServiceNow platform and workflowsStrong interpersonal and customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teamsIndustry-recognized certifications such as CISM, CISSP, or CCSPThe Perks & Benefits :
