Private Equity Associate

Scout Recruiting Group has been exclusively retained to identify 1-2 PE Associates for an established and successful investment management firm based in Los Angeles.

Position Summary

Associates play a critical role and will be involved in all aspects of new deal evaluation, due diligence, financial modeling and portfolio management processes. Associates will also play a role in investmentmittee discussions and board observation.

This position represents a unique opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to take on a wide set of responsibilities and make a significant impact in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Experience and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience with top-tier investment bank and / or strategy consulting firm (additional experience within a PE fund a plus)
• Bachelor's degree with exceptional academic achievement
• Advanced financial modeling skills
• Self-starter that is driven, analytical and team-oriented
