trak group is partnering with a large enterprise client to find a high-level Data Modeler who can help elevate their data architecture and support business growth through smarter data-driven decisions. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll have influence across teams and contribute to enterprise-level initiatives.

Develop and maintain scalable enterprise data models

Partner with stakeholders and business teams to translate data requirements into logical models

Guide ETL developers and influence data architecture decisions across projects

Identify and reduce data redundancy while ensuring consistency and single sources of truth

Serve as the subject matter expert on modeling techniques, tools, and standards

Support documentation and technical specifications, including mapping documents

Lead efforts to improve data quality and streamline data flows across systems

Present concepts to internal teams and leadership What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field

Proven experience in data modeling and enterprise-level BI systems

Proficiency in SQL and BI / reporting tools (TOAD, PL / SQL, SSIS, etc.)

Hands-on experience with modeling tools like ERwin, ER / Studio, or similar

Strong understanding of data warehousing methodologies (Kimball, Inmon, Data Vault)

Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL Server

Familiarity with Agile and / or waterfall project environments

Strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

Exposure to reporting, integration, and OLAP tools is a plus
