As we continue to expand our team at BOB Hotels Tallahassee, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Part-Time Front Desk Associate to join our team of professionals. This role is integral to the success of the property as our Front Desk staff are responsible for cultivating the expectation of excellence. We are a new face in the hospitality industry, and you will help us build the brand by being a fully contributing member, and voice, of the team.

Job Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day operations of hotelPerform thorough cleaning duties in guest areas and at the front deskProvide professional, friendly, and attentive service to guestsCollect valid payment methods for guestroomsEnsure room assignments and reservation blocking are accurate at all timesVerify guest stay details and update as needed throughout the guest's stayBooking and handling future reservations; making appropriate annotations to show special requests and needsCommunicate efficiently any concerns that would affect a future shiftAccurately update guest contact informationMaintain and uphold front desk departmental standardsEnsure prompt response on third-party platforms to enhance the pre-arrival guest experienceRespond promptly to guests' special requests for items like late checkouts, cribs, and extra towelsReport maintenance issues promptlyComplete your shift checklist dailyFollow departmental policies, safety, and sanitation guidelinesCollaborate with other departments as necessary to provide optimal service to guestsRemove trash and debris in exterior and interior public spaces, as well as around the FDReceive and handle food and supply shipments promptly and per health standardsMaintain good standards of cleanlinessMaintain a professional and neat look and appearanceAdhere to strict rules regarding health, safety, and food handlingMaintain good labeling and storage standards of all chemicalsFollow the BOB Essential RulesDemonstrate a positive and respectful attitude to coworkers, vendors, and guestsEnsure the front desk, coffee shop, and boutique are fully stocked; notify management if a product is running low or outPromptly resolve guest issuesRelay pertinent information to the appropriate channelsFollow-up to ensure guest concerns are addressed to their satisfaction.Other duties as assignedJob Requirements :
