Description : Job Summary
- Assists with the coordination and direction of long-term or high-profile projects for the company from inception to final product or outcome.
General Accountabilities
Works directly with Lead Project Managers and Project managers in assisting with the organization and development of projectsOrganizes the individuals and subcontractors necessary to complete the job and coordinates all schedules as required.In conjunction with the project manager, ensures that the project moves forward in a timely, cost-effective manner, making changes and adjustments as necessary.Evaluates and recommends procedures for data acquisition, management and quality control.Evaluates and recommends statistical methods for data analysis, and monitors and interprets results of analysis.Motivates and monitors the progress of work performed by team and subcontractorsInterfaces with customers under the supervision of leadership to exchange information regarding project statusPlans and participates in meetings, discussion groups and other types of events to promote project visibility.Serves as a resource for project information and resolves problems or questions referred by internal and external sources.Prepares for final inspections.Travels to job sites to confirm work, coordinate with team as needed.The company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.Benefits Available

Requirements : Job Qualifications
Education : Bachelor's degree in relevant fields of Engineering, Project Management, Business ManagementActive Driver's License with clean driving recordExperience : 1-3 years of related experience in Construction and / or Building related Project ManagementExperience and Education may be substituted for one another depending upon experiences.
