Job Duties Duties & Responsibilities Assists in the completion of departmental forms correctly by answering questions or reviewing forms for completeness. Duties & Responsibilities Files and cross-indexes documents and correspondence alphabetically, numerically or by another prescribed method. Duties & Responsibilities Initiates and / or implements corrective action as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained. Duties & Responsibilities Maintains a variety of records, electronic or manual file systems, or database files requiring classification and compilation of varied information. Duties & Responsibilities Provides information in response to inquiries in person and by telephone; refers highly technical inquiries to appropriate work unit member. Duties & Responsibilities Receives, directs and assists customers with inquiries; actively listens, provides procedural information and answers inquiries related to operational matters with a special emphasis on providing excellent customer service. Duties & Responsibilities Reviews records and inserts customer data into department database(s) with accuracy, completeness and conformity within established procedures; collects data to maintain such records.
