Essential Responsibilities :

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the data analytics team.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality data insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all analytics processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members.
  • Drive continuous improvement in data analytics practices.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Preferred Qualification :

  • Preferred experience includes resource planning, workforce analytics, capacity planning, HRIS systems, process improvement, or application of Lean or Six Sigma practice.
  • Own and lead PayPal’s Talent Intelligence strategy — define priorities, build a roadmap, and deliver insights that influence workforce, talent, and location decisions.
  • Conduct external labor market analysis, including talent supply / demand, competitor hiring trends, emerging skill needs, and workforce location dynamics.
  • Create and deliver executive-level briefings, dashboards, and reports that blend external intelligence with internal people analytics.
  • Partner closely with Talent Acquisition, Workforce Strategy, HRBPs, Total Rewards, and Real Estate teams to embed talent intelligence in strategic planning.
  • Evaluate and manage external data sources and tools (e.g., Draup,TalentNeuron), ensuring data quality, integrity, and relevance.
  • Serve as a thought partner to People Analytics leadership on trends in the labor market, workforce planning, and the future of work.
  • Collaborate with People Analytics teams to connect external intelligence with internal attrition, mobility, and skills data.
  • Coach and mentor a small team of analysts or cross-functional contributors supporting Talent Intelligence work.
