Salary : $29 – $32 per hour

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance on our products and services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services to assist customers in making informed decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a positive outcome.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the database to track issues and solutions.
  • Assist in processing orders, refunds, and exchanges according to company policy.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; further education or certification in customer service preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field is an advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on customer interaction.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
