About the Role :

As a Cook based in Schillinger, AL, you will play a vital role in preparing and producing high-quality meals that meet our establishment's standards and customer expectations. Your work will directly impact the dining experience by ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. You will collaborate closely with the kitchen team, including the Head Chef, to maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations. This role requires physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform tasks such as climbing stairs and moving objects within the kitchen environment. Ultimately, your contribution will help create a welcoming atmosphere where guests enjoy delicious, well-prepared food consistently.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in food preparation and cooking in a professional kitchen.
  • Ability to read and speak English to understand recipes and communicate with team members.
  • Manual dexterity and physical ability to stand for long periods and handle kitchen equipment safely.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Capability to follow instructions from the Head Chef and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications :
