Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility / Rehab

Schedule : Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 5x8s

Contract Length : 13 Weeks

n\t\n\t

Compensation : Up to $2,550 per week (depending on experience)

n\t\n

n\n Job Responsibilities : \n\n \n\t

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders.

n\t\n\t

Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

n\t\n\t

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of therapists, nurses, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes.

n\t\n\t

Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.

n\t\n\t

Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment strategies and ongoing care.

n\t\n

n\n Qualifications : \n\n \n\t

Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

n\t\n\t

Current Texas State License (or eligibility to obtain).

n\t\n\t

Active Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA.

n\t\n\t

Previous experience in a skilled nursing / rehab setting preferred.

n\t\n\t

Strong communication, collaboration, and patient care skills.
