A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Reporting. Key Responsibilities Oversee the Financial Reporting team processes, including monthly internal reporting and quarterly external financial reporting Stay updated on SEC rulemaking and assess its impact on financial statement presentation Provide training and mentorship to financial reporting accountants and support audit programs Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance 6 to 8 years of public company accounting experience Thorough understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Proactive in identifying process improvements and resolving potential issues Ability to work well in a team and foster inter-departmental cooperation
