Overview

This is a remote position that can be hired in North Carolina.

This position is aligned with the Enterprise Digital Design organization at Silicon Valley Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank. It involves defining the User Experience (UX) for digital products, services, and channels, providing expert consultation, leading design and user testing, and working closely with IT teams. The role is part of a design team for the SVB Go commercial banking platform, focusing on different aspects of the customer experience such as administration, security, reporting, and money movement.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic monitoring and enhancement of the Bank's digital user experience, ensuring usability and client satisfaction.
• Support digital products and channels through technical and operational duties, mentoring less experienced designers.
• Ensure successful implementation of digital enhancements via user testing, developing test plans, and analyzing engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders, coordinating with IT on digital deliverables.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of user design experience or High School Diploma with 10 years of experience. Preferred experience in the financial services industry, commercial banking platforms, and design research.
