Job Overview

If you've ever worked as a Service Advisor, you already know the grind :

  • Endless walk-ins, last-minute "waiters," and double-booked techs
  • Your pay is tied to tech availability, not your ability to sell

At Stress-Free Auto Care, we're flipping the script. We're building an elite Virtual Service Advisor team to support our growing network of modern shops. Work from our Austin HQ, close repair orders by phone, and earn top-tier commissions without the need to step onto a shop floor.

Job Duties :

  • Take inbound leads via phone, text, and web from across our shop network
  • Build trusted relationships, present repair recommendations, and close service sales virtually
  • Own the customer relationship through to booking
  • Leverage your dealership-level knowledge of inspections, maintenance intervals, and upsell opportunities
  • Collaborate directly with in-shop technicians and GMs to ensure RO accuracy and customer satisfaction
  • Use modern tools (CRM, VoIP, DVI, scheduling) to work fast, clean, and smart
  • Maximize ARO and conversion across multiple locations

    • Minimum Qualifications :

  • 3+ years as a Service Advisor in a franchise dealership environment (Toyota, Ford, Honda, etc.)
  • Proven ability to build trust, present service recommendations, and close effectively
  • Deep familiarity with RO writing, multipoint inspection workflows, and parts / labor estimates
  • Strong phone presence, clear communicator, and fast on the keyboard
  • Organized and hungry to earnno coasting here
  • Comfortable adapting to new systems and working in a digital-first sales model
