A company is looking for a ServiceNow Operations Analyst to support IT lifecycle programs with a blend of technical expertise and project coordination. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily ServiceNow queue operations and ensure timely resolution of requests Support the flow of customer orders between Salesforce, ServiceNow, and ERP systems Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in ServiceNow for operational insights Required Qualifications 3+ years of experience in IT service delivery or lifecycle asset management Hands-on experience with ServiceNow and understanding of workflows and reporting Familiarity with Salesforce and ERP systems in order management Strong Excel and reporting skills for operational data analysis U.S. citizenship is required due to government contractor responsibilities
