Key Responsibilities Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on global compensation regulations and compliance Lead annual global salary surveys and develop competitive compensation programs Conduct compensation analysis and maintain an up-to-date repository of global compensation resources Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree and a minimum of five years of relevant experience Deep knowledge of global compensation laws and regulations Experience in a complex, global, multi-site business Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) or Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred Proven experience developing and implementing global compensation programs
